is - Smarter, Stronger, Faster. Following our philosophy that we need to race
clever with good technique, make the effort to get fit enough to compete and
then we will get faster. Want to win, or just want to get fitter and healthier,
we don’t mind, come and join us.
Training sessions are held at Geddes over the warmer months, a few miles south of Nairn, on Thursday evenings starting at 7pm. There are selection of adult and childs boats provided as well as a toilet for which a £1 fee is charged per session. These sessions suit all abilities from beginners to the experienced.
Many paddlers attend these sessions to learn to improve their forward paddling technique and fitness too.
